Part of the e-systems group, get-e-right GB was formed to help manufacturers narivate recent legal developments around product comformity in the UK and better respond to the evolving needs of the group’s customers.
get-e-right GmbH, part of the e-systems group, is a product compliance specialist that helps retailers, sellers, manufacturers and others to sell non-food products internationally in a legally compliant manner. Established in 2015, the company provides WEEE Authorised Representative services in several EU-member states for over 1,400 international producers, for example aligning with the German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG) and French environmental regulations. In addition, get-e-right GmbH facilitates compliance services under the Battery Act, the Packaging Act and the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) as an EU responsible person. With the foundation of get-e-right GB Ltd in 2023, we continue to ensure legally compliant sales for our international manufacturers as the responsible person in Great Britain. Get-e-right GmbH is ISO-certified for both quality (ISO 9001:2015) and environmental management (ISO 14001:2015) and offers support in over ten languages.

In light of recent legal developments concerning product conformity in the UK and the evolving needs of our customers, the e-systems group has decided to expand its services. By establishing get-e-right GB Ltd, we can continue to ensure legally compliant sales for our international producers in the UK, supporting them on UKCA conformity matters and acting as their Authorised Representative in Great Britain.
As your Authorised Representative, we will take care of:
- complicated bureaucracy and time-consuming communication with the British authorities
- provision of the UKCA Declaration of Conformity and technical documents
- Testing of products to ensure they comply with all relevant UK laws, regulations and standards
- Secure provision of the UKCA Declaration of Conformity and the associated technical documents for the national surveillance authorities for a period of 10 years after the product has been placed on the market
